Finding our own truths (and discarding obsolete beliefs) can create immediate and lasting change.

Feelings, especially unhappy ones, play a big role. That's why I encourage getting in touch with our bodies.

To break out of old thought-patterns we need to consider new (and sometimes strange) ideas & questions.

Our Guiding Star: Truth

The main goal of my coaching is to help you discover your own truths and discard false or outdated beliefs. You do not need to take anything on faith but investigate yourself to come closer to a realistic view of your feelings, your place in the world, and your abilities.

The beauty in this is that you cannot go wrong, there is no practice or habits you need to pick up. Questioning your assumptions in whatever way works will bring you closer.

The truths you find or beliefs you discard will be extremely personal to you; I do not know in advance what you will discover. Once you really debunk some old, unhelpful belief, though, the positive effect can be instant and durable. Once you truly recognize that your house is not on fire, you will relax immediately.

Embodiment

Our investigations will not be purely intellectual; feelings play a big role, since unhappy feelings are probably a large part of your struggle. I will encourage you to engage with your feelings as they come up. And there will always be time to just feel them, too.

Actually, feelings can be beliefs, too. For example, anger can be the belief that you were wronged, sadness the belief that you lost something of value. This means that we can ask questions of these feelings to get to the root of why we feel the way we feel.

An Open Mind & Questioning Everything

This one is simple. To break out of our often decades old patterns of thinking and feeling, we need to step out of our habitual thought patterns and question deeply held assumptions. Therefore, try to honestly engage with my strange sounding ideas and questions.

Being Okay

You actually already are okay, just as you are. You may not believe it, but I will help you get there.

During the coaching, you can do nothing wrong. This is a "should"-free zone. Everything that comes up during a session is the right thing to come up. I fully trust that you are doing the best you can according to your current situation, abilities, and beliefs.

We Are Human

We are both fallible, uncertain, and emotional. It's always okay to be unsure, to not know, to walk back on something said previously, or take a break to feel things.

I will also take pauses to think & feel, and try to always express my uncertainty. I will not pretend to know what you need or what is true for you, only you can know that.
